I would have to renounce Judaism first. My love of whitefish and potato knishes presents a significant impediment, however...

For some years after moving to another part of Sydney, my wife and I would go back there to shop for our favourites

I like gelfite fish too but it is high on the list of the most hideous looking foods in existence!
Our weather in Southern France should be perfect utill about mid July to the end of August. Its still nice but it can get pretty hot.... luckily we are at the foot of the mountains so it tends to cool off at night.

I was in Provence a few years ago in early November and it was shorts and tee-shirt weather.
Arrived a few days later in Paris to grey skies and jumpers and heavy woollen jacket.
What a difference !
