My little one finally went down for her nap so I'm back in garage in an attempt to regain what's left of my sanity. And keeping me company is my Savinelli Porto Cervo 127 loaded with KBV Mr Christian's Acadian Flek paired with carbonated water.

My Marxman is waaaay more Marxy than yours!
In 1940 when this was made a woman bought the most expensive factory pipe in the world for her rugged outdoor man of action. This pipe was made and numbered under the supervision of Louis Cowan and sold by Robert L. Marx and after the sale the serial number was entered in the 400 Blue Book by the lovely Helen Marx, or one of her gorgeous young assistants.
We do not own these. We carefully smoke and color them oxblood for the next generation.

Now some Wilke Lizzie Blood Orange VA in an S. S. Pierce Round Table Assembly G oval bowl pipe. A rare second smoke of the day.
On this pleasant Sat afternoon, enjoying ... for the first time ... some GH Bright CR Flake that I've had jarred for over 12 years. Never even tried it when fresh. Alongside, I'm reading the various commentary on TR's. This is mild, easy puffing & so far, no Lakeland "taste" at all.
I'm smoking it in my new pipe, which is ... ? ... ? ... ?
NOTE: I won't reveal it, including a pic, until after the Apr Pipe Club gathering on the 15th. It's going to be a surprise for my Pipe Club brothers. But a hint = I don't believe I've ever seen another in all the WAYS I've been reading over last 2 years.
