No smokes for three days. Haven't found the time, somehow. Some gardening at home before the kick-off between Italy and England in the Six Nations Rugby international. And about to light up an experimental mix of one third rum-infused Thuoc Lao with two thirds Manil Semois La Volute, in the Barling Meer. Wish me luck...

Woke up still a bit squiffy, up till 4 in the morning salivating over pipes I want, smoking and drinking cider .
Poured some vodka in my clogged up small Peterson pokers and Sarome. All unblocked but the draw on the Sarome is awful.
I'm enjoying a bowl of G&H apple twist in my small Duncan with a glass of strong cider and bluegrass in my headphones.

In the garage on this fine Sunday morning processing my latest shipment of pipe tobacco, compliments of TAD. I decided to load up a half of a bowl of Rivertown Crimson Shadow as an appetizer while I let some Brown Irish X air out.

All in all I thought Crimson Shadow was a delightful blend. No frills, just an overall straight forward Red Virginia with Black Cavendish that requires little to no thought. In a sense, its simplicity seems to be its charm, for me anyways.
