Playing backyard cricket is alot more fun than watching it. Over the fence is 6 and out. Ladies can't get out for a duck either.
5 drink minimum usually, it's funnier that way.

Edit: if the ball bounces off the house and is caught one handed, it still counts as out.

I'm not entirely sure what "howzat" means. Just not up on my australian redneck slang. Haha

But here's an attempt to reply.

Cricket is like baseball, but instead of running around all the bases, they just run back and fourth to first base and back home for hours on end.

so they're good at the games that alcohol actually improves perfomance. Might say something about them.
Love the fact darts players are called athletes. Why because it's nice to have at least one type of athlete that makes me look fit and ripped.

Test Cricket, played over 5 days, is the real deal. No other form of the sport really appeals to me, perhaps because I used to listen to Test Match Special, with Johnners, Aggers, Bearders, The Alderman and Fred.

I love Cricket. Especially test matches. Here in PST the live broadcasts are usually from 10pm to mid morning depending where it’s being played at.

It doesn’t take long or much effort to understand how the game is played. It really is simple. Definitely not for everyone but for those that know, it’s a beautiful sport rich in history and tradition.
