Cornell & Diehl Pegasus in a Morgan Bones Milan today.




The Bones Milan is a great little pipe for quick smokes, though my jury is still out on Pegasus. On one hand it's a really tasty classic American style Burley blend, but on the other hand if I wanted to rough up my throat as much as Pegasus does I think I'd rather smoke Haunted Bookshop.

Sam's Flake again in the Briarworks Zulu, going well with a Hazy IPA. I must say, the Sam's Flake seems to take so well to the Zulu that I have to speculate if the real story is that it is named after James Booth's character, Private Samuel Wassall..

I imagine "Clay King" would be a golden coloured Virginia / Cavendish blend; the real-life pipe baccy closest to my imagined "Clay King" I've found is SG Black Forest:
