I never knew Castellos made colored stems. My teeth can only handle vulcanite as I clench all the time. If I were to ever go for an acrylic, purple would be my first color. I love purple and a good number of purple shirts. Maybe a year ago or so I bought a Brandon Brooks Dublin that was a really cool purple color. Now it looks more black than purple which kind of bummed me out. My eyes suck so maybe it is really more purple than I think it is. I will have my care taker see if she sees purple anymore.

I never knew Castellos made colored stems. My teeth can only handle vulcanite as I clench all the time. If I were to ever go for an acrylic, purple would be my first color. My mother's favorite color was purple so I love anything purple because it reminds me of her... I have several pipes with different shades of purple stems some are castello and some are manduela

Yeah, Castello is getting back into the color stems again and I don’t know if Her Majesty would agree but at least the vintage Hallco era colored stems feel a little softer to me than the black Lucite.
