I find my willingness to pay up for pipes increases linearly with my pre auction alcohol consumption .

I really looked at the Pohlmann's very carefully. I have always felt he was underappreciated. But as much as I wanted to bid the descriptions kind of scared me.

Understandable, they are a nice pipe. I am fond of several of the Peterson shapes but have been able to restrain myself. If restraint means I have a number of them but not more than one of any shape.

Be careful, don't stare at the screen for too long. That many drinks in, it's easy to just reach out, grab something, and find out you accidentally took a swig of Decatur Briar-Fresh.
