Some impressive behemoths in this thread.

I think my 111 and 320 are at the outer edge of reasonableness!

Savinelli 606 XL Root Briar. Group 6 size and a fantastic grain. It's my Dobblone D'oro pipe.

One is 35 x 42 the other is 32 x 39

Being meerschaum I don't let any cake build up either, I've found that when I ream my briars they hold noticeably more tobacco.

A couple of pictures I took a while ago with a Peterson b10 to give an idea of scale, they are both pretty large.

Seeing some of the pics, I've had to recalibrate my idea of what constitutes a large pipe.

The Briarworks C151XLs and Moonshine Cannonballs are the biggest pipes in my collection, with chambers that are around an inch wide and 1.5-2-something inches deep. My Kirsten Designers are smaller, but came with gaping bowls that look like they hold roughly the same amount of tobacco as the C151XLs and Cannonballs, and the Don Warren XL bowls I replaced them with seem to hold about the same amount of tobacco as well.

That's my biggest bowl briar so I used it as a comparison. I don't know what a group 4 looks like so I can't say if these are bigger or not.
The size groups are kind of a loose description. They can range from 35.56mm to 44.45mm to some, but to others can vary. Then there are monsters like this with depths of 76.2mm that the only class they have for are magnum.
