I have been wanting a Bruce Weaver Pipe for a while now, especially since his unfortunate passing. Today I finally found one that spoke to me. A nice 0.9oz little Zulu with a craggy blast. Excited to finally own a piece of artisan pipe making history that I've been seeking out for a while now. Thanks Bruce, wherever you are ?

Between you and Embers it's going to cost me some $ if I'm not careful.

Was hoping to make to the end of the month with pulling the trigger...
About $700 less than what I paid for them new. You could always throw one in layaway. I've done that a few times to soften the blow.?

Good looking pipe. Here is a great article by @pipestud on Weaver:

Read it many times. First bowl through this pipe will be Three Year Matured Virginia for sure. Not Murray’s era, as I don’t have any, but it will have to do.

He was a dear friend to me, Steve, and anyone who knew him. He made friends with just about anyone he met. Invited me down a few times to watch my pipes being made and could cook like you wouldn't believe.

I am unfamiliar with his pipes, but now I want one. Sounds like he was an awesome guy, and I’m glad you got to know him.
