Overall I'd say they carry a pretty good selection of tobacco, both tins and bulk, and pipes. The staff is knowledgeable and it somewhat depends on whom you talk to on whether you're dealing with a cigar or a pipe guy. But they won't lie or cheat. They readily pointed out renamed bulk Tobacco's (such as "Oh yeah, this one is called XYZ, but it's really 1-Q"). They were quite patient and helpful as I was picking out a pipe, even though I ended up not buying it. I did buy some bulk and tins, and they gladly let me try a bowl and use the little smoking area to enjoy it. Overall a good experience.
