Hello Campers!, I am not on the road today. I am relaxing in the Lounge, and decide to fire up this Baby. Padron uses well aged Nicaraguan Tobacco. Some of the leafs in this stick are 10 years old. I punch the cap and light it. The first puff was Magic, as flavors of spice, cocoa, and coffee slam my palate. As I smoke on, the well aged tobacco starts to gather complexity, and I swear flavor of raisins came through. I love a cigar that changes as it is smoked. The complexity and blending of this cigar are top notch. I think I saw Angels in the deep blue smoke. This cigar is not exactly cheap, But if you want to spoil yourself rotten, Go Get em. We have them in maduro and natural, and the price is $28.00. I think every cigar smoker has to smoke this blend to fully understand complex aged tobacco. I got an hour of bliss from this. Today, I am headed to Easton PA, and light up the new Gurkha Viper. It is Box pressed with a Sun Grown Wrapper. Filler is Nicaraguan with a Dominican binder. This cigar has nice spice and wood through the nose. This baby burns slow and takes me an hour just to smoke half. The final half is the same strength and flavor profile. I am impressed with this offering from Gurkha. With a price point of $ 6- 8 dollars, Gurkha is making cigars for the average smoker. I enjoyed this cigar and I finish it when arriving in Easton,PA. Its a straight forward cigar with good flavor and takes awhile to get through. I would recommend this cigar to smoke without worrying about complexity or flavor. Just Smoke it!. Available at the shop in multiple sizes. Beware of the new travel center in Delaware. The prices will make you wait till Maryland to buy anything.
