I have visited this shop twice now. The staff is friendly but the shop is small and cramped. The assortment of pipes is somewhat disorganized, with many of them on a shelf behind the counter and hard to see, often blocked by piles of other stuff.
The owner is courteous, but his staff(one bald guy)has terrible customer service skills. Must be related to owner to still be around. Nice selection, but as said the pipes are kinda secondary and not well promoted. I like ciagrs to, but would like to see action behind the longer counter, not just the place where you pay.
