The thing is I have tried Meershaums a few times before, and I was not overly impressed with the taste. In fact I did not like it
However at the time due to my “Latakia Allergy”, I was smoking Captain Black Royal and MacBarens.
As I am now smoking only English and Balkan Blends, I am hoping for some great epiphany.
One of the things that always turned me off about Meerschaums was also the ornate figures, that I can only describe as something from the “Grotesque Era”.
Many of the faces are actually hideous, why would you want to have a pipe that is an effigy of your mother-in-law.
ps. Its customary to give newborns gifts so I’ll make it easy for you guys, you don’t even have to leave your house and go to the Mall, full of obnoxious Anti-Smoking Nazis with their badly behaved ankle biters running around. Sure is but with 2 added problems for me:
1) After they get to Miami, I have to wait a week or more for them to get to Trinidad
2) Then I have to pay Customs Duties and Vat, on top of what I paid in USA. So I am not just supporting US corrupt, self serving Politicians and Government Officials who are usually Anti-Smoking Nazis, but the ones here too.
