With no hope of ever being rescued. You can only have one movie and one album(cd). What would they be? The Deer Hunter and Quadrophenia-The Who

NASCAR...Everything else is just a game.

    That's a toughie Oppie,
To pick one ALBUM from my 300+.
First I would have to say, I hope I'm marooned with you.
Quadorphenia is my favorite Who album.
So, I'd have to say.... Brain Salad Surgery by Emerson Lake and Palmer.
    For the movie.....hmmmm
    Hatari.

My album pick would be Silly Wizard "Live Wizardry "

I would have to go with Monty Python and The Holy Grail for the movie.

If at first you don't succeed you are running about average.

Only 300 Lawrence! I've got that many on my iPhone I stopped counting how many cd's I have after I had to start removing them from my 400 disc changer whenever I got a new one.

Hmmm...One album....I can't do it, hell I can't even choose one artist! I'd probably end up regretting it eventually, but: Miles Davis - Birth of the Cool

Can I just save room and bring my digital player? (I'm decidedly anti Ipod)

    OK OK I get it.

    Lessee.....

Right now I think I'd go Bullet Proof by Reckless Kelly and I'd maybe have to say....Fight Club.

I won't see any communication directed to me here. I'm no longer active at this forum.

    Oppie,

If I was on "desert island" how would I listen to my music and watch my movie, there would be no electricity, TV's, DVD Players or CD Players?

OK, I'll play... "Bad Company, Here Comes Trouble" & "HEAT" (or something with Jenna Jameson)...

Jimmy Buffett Greatest hit album. Hell I'm on an island might as well feel like I'm in paradise.
Castaway would be the movie. Again hell I'm on an island I might be able to learn me something. Probably Braveheart though.

Cast Away... who knows, I might learn some valuable survival skills.

Soundtrack from Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring. Then I can imagine the movie and then have two movies to "watch" on the island!

Movie - The Lord of the Rings Extended Edition Box set. Ya know, so I have several days worth of material before I have to repeat stuff.

Album - Out of the Blue - Electric Light Orchestra. Not only does it have the majority of my favorite tracks of any ELO album, but its a double so there are more songs either whichway. Not to mention I never get tired of ELO.
