   I thought when Kevin said only on field mattered, that it meant they only looked at # of posts or # of days registered not both.

   My thought was that the moderators noticed too many posts that didn't contribute and were only posted to get the member status.

   This happens, but rarely.
   In those cases, we delete the posts, and the intent of the one posting is examined.
   If they are a spammer. Kevin will turn the key, push the button, there's a sudden flash of intense light and that's the end of that.
   Kevin will occasionally assign a "special" status as well.
   For example: Kevin set my status as "Mod" when I'm really a Rocker.

   Other than those examples... the programming will change a Member's status when appropriate to do so.
