I've 3 MM cobs. 2 diplomats and a Dane.

40, give or take, briars.

In as much as it seems that every other bowl I smoke tends to be in one of the cobs I'd have to say one of my cobs.
Note to self, buy more MM cobs...

Say that again brother, I have four cobs, 2 being Jake Hackert Custon MM-General (love them)

And smoke cobs more than all the briars, shhh don't let them hear me say that..

Hmm well my Jeantet Oom Paul is a great little smoker and my new Brigham bulldog is great to smoke, to hold in the jaw, and an instant favourite. So if I had to choose it'd have to be those two.

For latakia based tobaccos and darker Virginias it's This:

Dunhill group 3 blasted quaint.
For Virginias and Virginia/perique it's this:

Father and Son(Benni Jorgensen and Lasse Skovgaard) blasted straight apple.

Well favorite smoker of all time is surely Sherlock Holmes. Oh you meant pipes. Right now my favorite smoker is my Peterson Aran B5. Love the vulcanite stem on it. Just about always gives a nice cool relaxing smoke with no troubles.

Gonna put that Ardor on my Christmas list, LOL. My favorite pipe is usually the last one I bought, heh heh. My best smoker is a 30 year old basket pipe that I smoke when I am working in the yard or on the car. I wasn't worried about breaking it 30 years ago, would probably cry if it broke now.

At the moment it's my Peterson Aran 268 but the Peterson Sherlock Holms original is up there alongside it, btw my 77th birthday on Tuesday 23rd and another pipe is coming my way,a Vauen.Birthday gift from She Who Must Be Obeyed,chose it herslf on-line.Can't wait to see which one it is.

My recently refurbed Meyers Bulldog is a pipe smokers dream. It has thick walls so it absorbs a lot of heat, has a nice sized bowl, it is my favorite shape, and has a nice, wide open draw. It doesnt get any better than that.

As for me,my favorite is my Missouri Meerschaum General with my Camou Cob running a tight 2nd. really liking my larger bowl cobs.

This guy. Sav Roma 413KS. First really decent pipe, was the last in stock in the US, helped me realize I really like Dublins, and was a combo birthday/first Fathers Day gift. Contrary to the tin, I use it for VaPers.
