It is a great looking Rad. it is interesting to note that his blasted pipes usually bring more money than his smooths on Ebay and the smooths sell for more money when new. I think this one will end being a very good deal for whoever buys it.

Harris. I hope you can be the winning bidder. Perhaps this pipe will be priced in your range at the end of the auction.
Most of his smooth pipes are $550 and higher while the blasted ones are from $350 and up.

Good point Roth but it sure is purdy! They do make them with smooth top cups for less money!

Sold for $315 -- This one is a bit over-priced for used:

Just bought a Bent Sandblasted Egg by Rad Davis for 250$ from Dave Neeb. MKELAW pipes a sponsor here, got tired of hearing Harris saying Rad, Rad, Rad, pipe was made in 2006 should be a good one now I"ll see what all this Rad crap is about. LOL. The old cajun

I am the lucky guy that won that Rad for $315. I think I got a good deal. I did clear it with Flakemaster Harris to make sure we weren't bidding against each other - last thing I wanted after winning it was to wake up with a bloody horse head in my bed.

LOL, glad to see you got that one Peck, I think it was a very fair price. Should be an awesome smoker and the looks are incredible. I would have gone after it but one of my commissions from Rad will be getting here soon.
The guy selling the Rad for 800.00 is someone everyone should stay away from. I have tried buying a pipe from him in the past and when he is done negotiating with you he harasses you into trying to bypass ebay and just send him money using paypal. It is against ebays policy and you can get banned for doing it. He also tried the exact same thing with another member here. He does this to save on fees and he says that it is no different than buying through ebay which is a lie. You get no buyer protection doing that. He is a total asshole in the way he whines about his price not being enough because of the listing fees. His prices are also usually really high to start with as that Rad he is trying to sell is only a 350-375 dollar pipe max.
Bradley, good for you on your new Rad, let us know how it smokes. Two of my pipes from Rad are from 06 and both are great smokers. One of them I also got from Dave at MKE-Law pipes. You realize that it is a pretty small pipe in terms of what you normally buy, group 4 at the max. It will be a killer flake pipe though, if you have some ODF or similar, I would go for that first.

The 3rd one is a Cavicchi from smokingpipes that has unfortunately been sold :crying:

I don't remember the price but I really had my heart set on it. I think the price was in the mid 200 range. I was just waiting to win a scratch off ticket first otherwise my wife would have killed me.
