I received the following good news in an e-mail today from Ms. Carole Burns, the proprietress of Pipeworks and Wilke:
Hello My Dear Pipesmokers,
The big news is: I have a buyer for the Wilke Tobaccos. The transition will happen in the
next couple of weeks. The new owner will have a new website: Wilke Pipe Tobacco and
it will include a shopping cart (I think).
I will send out another email with the new contact information when the transition is in
process or complete. Take note there may be some down time during that process.
Which means you still have a small window of time in which to order your tobaccos
until I am done blending and shipping, supplies are limited....
Now all I need is to find that elusive house in Rhode Island.
Wish me luck in that area!
It's been great doing business with you for all these years. Take care, be well and
continue to enjoy your pipes.
And don't forget I will still be selling pipes and accessories.
