I went to Alfred Dunhills website and wanted to catch the prices on their home page of pipes and tobacco,I found nothing about pipe listings or smoking tobacco.Does Dunhill have a separate website where they sell their products?

They sell their tobacco through intermediary businesses or in their own stores. I do not believe you can buy from the company directly online as far as tobacco products, outside lighters. That said, their prices are no better when sold direct. The prices you will find at the online pipe stores will be accurate and fair, for the brand at least and they will vary. Personally, Al Pascia would be my suggestion for the pipes.

Read the entirety of this thread to understand better what is going on:

So, this is the pipe (and related goods) company:
http://www.whitespot.co.uk
And this is the luxury goods company:
http://world.dunhill.com

Wow, I had no idea of the politics behind that. Not a fun read at all and they still have Dunhill on a bunch of items on the white dot site as per the hypocrisy that was mentioned. :?

Thank you peckinpahhombre for this information. It is a very interesting story. It almost seems like they got started into something that later on became politically uncorrect to themselves so they split the smoking end of the business up focused on selling other things.

I saw an article about the Dunhill company that markets other-than-pipes in The New York Times

business section recently. It is so far removed from the line of pipes and tobaccos that the reporter

or his editors didn't even feel it was necessary to mention the Dunhill-pipe association. To the public

at large, the Dunhill name doesn't even call to mind pipes and tobacco. It's not even necessary to make

the distinction.
