Wouldn't want to smoke it or own it, but I love the texture and the look. It would keep the

bowl extra cool to the touch. A lot of basket craft to wrap that so expertly around the briar.

A basket pipe indeed.

I like it! I would like to see it from all different angles,

because the transition from the bowl to the shank seems like

it would involve some pretty complex weaving.

Can not remember ever seeing one of those before....a good pipe for the tropics or sweaty hands.
