When was this Pete made?

I'm quite fond of a meershau-lined 407 I found about a year ago on eBay. I can't find any info on these online - but I know there are various Pete experts here.
I know it's from the Repuboic era for sure, and I'd imagine it was made no later than the 1970s. Any clues?

A photo of the stem markings would be helpful. Also, send the photos to Peterson and they should respond with whatever information they can. Original box, papers and the photos of a pristine appearing pipe should pin it down to a narrow time frame.

I found the sock! But the box and papers are probably in storage... or gone. I don't remember dates on the papers thou.
Here are two pics. A bit hard to read, as the "Meerschaum Lined" under the Peterson logo is very lightly pressed, and the pipe is quite small. Thanks for the tip on contacting Peterson directly, I didn't know they responded to such emails from Joe Nobody...

A bit more legible in B&W. I'm too lazy to get my macro lens out at the moment...

Peterson has great records and readily provides whatever information they can. At least that has been my experience over the years.
