I'm sooo on the cutting edge as I am a member of the latest astrological sign - Ophiuchus!
The Ophiuchus constellation is a man holding a snake.
How appropriate, especially after I learned that Teri Hatcher is also Ophiuchus.
My traits:
- Seeker of peace and wisdom

- Attractor of good luck and jealousy

- Interpreter of dreams

- One who reaches for the stars

I was and still believe that I fit the Capricorn moniker.

However: The new "alignment" indicates; Sagittarius..... (Not me).

I have done a bit of reading on this subject... It seems that the "Traditionalists" are saying the "procession" has always been taken into account.
So I have been and always shall be.... a Capricorn, birthstone; garnet.

I heard about this while I was watching something on History Channel about 6 months ago or so. I too am designated Ophiuchus, or the much cooler sounding: serpentarius.
