Packed for later, but not much later, C&D Burley Flake #5, a sample from the Chicago Pipe Show sent me by a Forums member, in a pipe I won in the cartoon caption contest here at pipesmagazine, a Sav rusticated straight apple. jiminks gave this a 3.5 out of 4. Its light and dark burley, Va., and Kentucky dark-fired. I rubbed it out in a little hand grater. Smells very nice.

A mix of McBaren Golden Extra (75%) and Match Flying Dutchman (25%). Just one of my trusty cobs, but this is truly a "heaven" mix that I stumbled across....just seemed like they would play together nicely, and they do....in spades. I only ordered an ounce of the MGE, not really expecting nearly as much as it has provided. I've got a pound of it in my cart at P&C right now, and will get that order going shortly. Truly delightful. A "must try".

The only clouds I punch through today, come from my pipe!
