150 more posts than last month!
July's postings almost pushed the Forum page out of alignment.
I was hoping to start a second string for July.
Almost... But almost only counts in Horse Shoes, Hand Grenades, Atom Bombs... and sometime Square Dancing.
    Great job Guys and Gals!

Hope it's a dandy smoke, Roth, and that you're enjoying your new SD!

I'm smoking Nightcap in a no-name meer and it doesn't taste nearly as good as the NC I just finished in one of my Charatan seconds, (Tinder Box Unique Canadian).

Wow Jim, do you ever sleep?

Anyway, tonight/this morning, I decided to stay up even later than normal (I stay up late and rise late now that I'm retired). I'll be walking into town for breakfast in a bit, (a "Mermaid's Purse" Omelet is calling my name) -- refilling my SmokinDragon cob with Dunhill EMP, before departing then taking my time, taking a closer look at the many sailboats moored in the harbor.

Tonight is pipe club so I will be smoking at least 4 bowls. Cut Virginia Plug, Marlin Flake, Hobbit's weed, and CD blend are on the docket for this evening. I'm taking a host of pipes for myself and guests, but I never share my WW2 Pete, my Nording Bear, or my Shain Zulu.

I know what I need, smoke, I can't recall the last time I tasted it....Gandalf in the mines of Moria.

"we shall have to share pipes, as good friends must at a pinch'....'I keep a treasure or two near my skin, as precious as rings to me. Here's one: my old wooden pipe. And here's another an unused one...He held up a small pipe with a wide flattened bowl, and handed it to Gimli. 'Does that settle the score between us', said Merry. 'Most noble hobbit, it leaves me deep in your debt."

Brindle Flake in a tobacco pipe. I received a TAD shipment today, so I cleaned out my tobacco drawer. You know, got rid of empty tins, cleaned out some jars that held some PA, SWR, and Captain Black, that I wasn't going to smoke, then put some open tins in said jars. Long story short, I found that I had left about a bowl n a half of the Brindle in the tin that I'd forgot about.

I'm working on two new blends that I just picked up they are "House blends" From my local shop. One is a really nice English themed after the Sherlock Holmes series called "Baker Street" and the other is a Virginian with just a splash of Perique.

I have some friends, some honest friends, and honest friends are few; My pipe of briar, my open fire, A book that's not too new.
