Hey guys
I'd just like to mention how great this forum has been for me during my pipe journey. Not only the exposure to pipes and pipe makers that I would have never heard about, but also tobacco blends and their subtleties which would have been a total mystery to me.
Which brings me to Troutface-Jeff Roth- out there in Denver Colorado. During the Christmas season, it seems that I missed the exchange of gifts between one another, and I guess so did Jeff.
Anyway, I sent him some tobacco he was looking for and a pipe that was restored by Walker, and he sent me some Penzance (which I couldn't get anywhere that I searched).
I love Penzance, but again, hard to get out where I am. Sure enough, Jeff contacted me that his shop had some, and he sent me a bag, which I just received.
What a great guy.
There are a lot of great folks on this forum, and I feel honored to belong.
