Very cool, I've been very impressed with the pipes coming from eastern European makers lately. I hear Senatorov's bit-work is amazing.

Or is it a pipe on a 15th century woman's shoe? Very unique. I like it too.
That's funny. I think the 'feet' of the pipe look kind of like horse's hooves.
Beautiful craftsmanship, Fish, congrats. It most certainly took alot of work to construct such a pipe.
Have you smoked it yet?
Best of luck.

allan and lestrout,

Just ordered it today so I've not smoked it nor do I know if the forward portion, what Sergey calls the arrow head, is removable as a Cavalier would be. I'm excited about this pipe after having seen photos of a few other pipe makers doing similar. Supposedly Sergey made one and did not want to make another but got coaxed into making a second, not by me but by one of his dealers, I purchased it.
Like a few of my other truly unique pipes which aren't for everyday settings it will need an ideal setting to be smoked, i.e. somewhere quiet where 92 lbs of Weimaraner isn't wanting to play with 105 lbs of Weimaraner, it's hard enough not getting hurt in that scenario w/o adding a pipe to the mix. Looking at it will be fun nonetheless, thanks for all the comments folks.

Having some

in the Sergey Senatorov Arrow & Fish with bamboo shank.
Les, it's not a Cavalier the arrow, or foot is stationary.
Warren, it smokes wonderfully a very light, 1 1/2 ozs on my Postal Scale, with a group 2 size bowl much daintier than the photo leads you to believe, I could not be more pleased! :D

Now that's the most unique shape I've ever seen.

Looks like a real beauty.
I didn't know Senatorov pipes, they look very nice interesting.
