Did anybody else see the four oz. can of 1930's or 1940's Three Nuns on pipestud's website. Sold for

$950.00 wow.

I sure did. I never got to smoke the Scotland

Made blend but in the 80s and 90s I sure

Did enjoy it. I can't say I enjoyed it nearly

Enough to drop a grand on a can though!

$23 a bowl. It's a lot to outlay at once, that's for sure, but I've spent $23 on a cigar here and there.

If thats the tin that references 'Duty Free' and only for sale to 'HM Armed Forces through NAAFI Stores' then it is not as old as everyone thinks and probably dates to the early 1950s and was sold by a NAAFI store (Navy, Army, Airfare Institute) as they existed all over the British Empire/Commonwealth at the time and continues to exist today to service the needs of the troops.

Could have been purchased by a big tobacco blender so he can have it analyzed and make an exact replica. Or perhaps it was just purchased by some fool!
