I found this little pipe stand on eBay. I've been looking for an interesting looking pipe stand to display my pipe on my desk at work. Since our company is located on Virginia's Eastern Shore, everything around us tends to be a nautical theme so I thought this little sailboat pipe stand would fit right in. It appears to be a die-cast metal and on the bottom it is marked "DODGE USA". I'm wondering if this may have been some sort of promotion for Dodge Auto dealers/salesmen, but if that were the case you'd thing they'd have featured one of their automobiles. I'm guessing that this is probably '60s or early '70s vintage? I've got it displaying one of my personal "Virginia Planter" corn cob pipes.
