Vauen Pipe Stem Replacement

Hi. I recently purchased a Vauen Pipe. The stem needs replaced. I looked at the Vauen website and didn't see any information regarding this issue. Does anyone know where I can purchase a stem for this pipe?
Any help is appreciated.

Have you had any luck? I’m looking for a Vauen 3661 churchwarden stem. No luck so far.

Welcome gents,
By and large, most pipes do not have replacements you can purchase, as stems are custom fit. Usually you have to have a new one made for you. But take heart! It's not very expensive, probably $20-30. Check out something like Norwoods pipe repair, and I'm sure others will chime in with some suggestions too.
There are a few pipes- like Peterson system, Missouri Meerschaum- that have replacement stems. But generally, you'll need to have one made.
Now, is the stem structurally done for (broken, huge bite marks, end chewed off), or just dirty?
