Sorry, have figured out how to post images here. The panel Billiard, has the above stamped on stem. Opposite side in a football/egg shape "Made in England" 714. I have tried numerous searches with no success. Cannot locate any thing that starts OL. Any and all help appreciated.

I have posted on a number of forums various images, none of those required the amount of time it takes to post on this one. Just my comment. I appreciate very much the directions given to upload, it is just very laborious. Hopefully though this will result in some answers to my questions. My comment is not directed to a person, just the forum methods. Thank you.

I am going to say that is a Sasieni shape. Old England

Definitely Sasieni. I can't find a paneled billiard shape on the Sasieni chart or an older Old England chart.

But, I do find new 4 Dot Sasieni's in the shape and stamped 14 (Sasieni second lines pipes usually added a 7 in front of the 1st line two-digit shape number).
There are a number of 4 Dot, paneled, square-shank billiards to see:

So, I guess this Old England was made after the sale of Sasieni, post 1979.
That one can definitely be restored. I find the stems on Sasieni 2nd lines to be very good.

This is interesting. I kind of assumed that companies like GBD/Sasieni and Comoy's dropped their second lines after their sale/merger. It looks like Old England soldiered on into the next era.

714 the Old England code for the Lincoln shape. It's seen in the 1930's catalog and price list.
So, I guess this Old England was made after the sale of Sasieni, post 1979.
I would very much doubt that, it looks like an older pipe to me.
:)

Dave, I can't find that catalog shape (714) anywhere, do you have a link?
That is definitely the Lincoln shape. Not seen very often!

Gentlemen, I am delighted for this fantastic information. It will be restored, which shouldn't be that much trouble. The stem is in good condition. The previous owner took good care of his pipes. I thank you all for your time and effort to help me with this ID.
