Hello guys,

I wanted to try some Tudor castle, so I ordered 2 tins.

So when I checked them one was made in 2010. And the other in 2012 !!!! :) !!!

Question is, is it better when aged ? How much age is good on this blend???
Any suggestions on how Long to cellar?
Thanks

You can expect to see the greatest improvement at about the 1 year mark. After that that it should continue to slowly improve. The oldest I've ever had was about 8 or 9 years old and it was excellent. The perique may tend to lose a little after long periods, but the VA and Yenidje should just keep getting better. If it were me, I'd crack open the 2010 tin and cellar the 2012. It's a great blend that often gets overlooked.

That sounds good. In the description for this blend it mention that it made to age well, but I still don't know when the best "right age" is.
Thanks a lot.
