Trouble Posting Edited YouTube Clip

I downloaded a YouTube clip to Windows Live Movie Maker, edited it, uploaded to Photobucket, then tried posting. No matter how I tried copying the codes it would not post. I also tried posting it directly from Movie Maker. Any idea what I'm doing wrong ?

Are you trying to link the video to the forum? With youtube you just have to copy the url and it will automatically imbed. Don't know about photobucket though.

I didn't go directly from YouTube because I only wanted a few seconds of a two minute clip.

Embedding is forbidden as it is a security risk.
However, YouTube videos can be embedded by just posting the YouTube.com url - not the embed code, and not the short link .be code.

Thanks for the clarification Kevin. Maybe someone can tell me how they are editing movies within YouTube.
