   Let's give a shout for my 56 year old Birthday. I took the Aged P out for tea this morning and tonight my beautiful wife is going to make me a steak grilled in garlic and olive oil. It is my annual treat. I just tried a cob pipe after 23 years and I have to say despite the glue at the bottom it was a very pleasant surprise. Those interested - was smoking JPatton's Storm Front. Since he is the Cob Man I thought it was a good combo.

    Thank you everyone. I liked Storm Front - still trying to adjust to the Cob - I think I will really like it once the stem and glue that is inserted to bowl burns out - so the tobacco can be smoked all the way to the bottom of the pipe (heyyy...no one talks about that - do they?). Until then the first 2/3rds of the bowl are delightful - last 1/3rd not so good - that last bit is pretty funky. But overall the cob provides a cool smoke that is quite enjoyable. I ordered another 1 ...figured I would like to have a couple in my collection.

    Storm Front is a very good tobacco that deserves some notice. I will try to post something on it at some point.
