I just got this tracking message:

MISSISSAUGA,ON, Item arrived in Canada damaged. Sent for further processing.
I hope this doesn't mean that I will have to pay customs on my tobacco ...

Luckily it was a real small package, a couple of small twists and 2 ounces of Engine99... They are probly wondering what the heck the twists are :) Funny thing is the package was almost here then it backtracked to a further facility, but the mail works that way sometimes. Worst case scenario I'm guessing $50.

Yey, I got the package, it just had a squished corner and no custom charges! The package even listed the tobaccos on the the outside of the box :)

If it works anything like taxes in the US, in six years you'll get a bill. $42 of it will be for the tax duty, and $9,486.17 will be for six years of interest and penalties.
