I am amazed about the observations by georged, ssjones , tom, and others. Spot on in the observation that it is a tiny group 2 (4 and half inches in length), previously smoked, possibly badly rimmed. These are the ones I could see with my untrained eye - regarding the replacement stem - I could not figure out, but I have a few pictures for you.
I am again humbled and amazed by the knowledge of yours!
The seller refused to work with me, I don't like being taken for a ride, so although it was a good deal, I decided to cut my losses and ship it back to her. I took a few pictures before sending it back.

Glad you got out of that one. A small pipe can be a useful and enjoyable thing, but it sure doesn't need to be a Dunhill. Nice flake/coin/plug/rope pipes, the small ones.
