The Little Things In Life

For me, putting a record or cd on the stereo that I haven't listened to in a long time. But even better sitting on the porch with my wife while we both smoke our pipes and just listen to the sounds of the birds in the woods.

Now I just hope my wife doesn't think of me as one of the little things she likes.... :roll:

When my best friend Roxy meets me at the back door with her tail a waggin' and her chewed up rubber chicken in her mouth. She's always so excited to see me whether I've been gone 5 days or 5 minutes. It's good to be home. :D

Hanging with my girls. I am a home-body. All the rest is icing on life's cake.

Knowing I got the shot.
Hearing the dentist sigh as he looks at my x-rays and realizes I'm not going to pay for the summer's gas for his yacht.
