Just opened the box, and the pipe was disassembled. With the amber stem, and bone tenon, I must say that assembly was a bit frightening as I have never had a pipe with either, but wow! Very impressed with this acquisition, and even more impressed that this beauty has made it a century without being smoked!

Not sure if I'm going to smoke it, but will sort through my stash for something special. Maybe Brown Sugar Flake.
