There is - and has been - a plethora of Daves on this forum. They're all better than good guys, although one was booted for getting nasty and meanmouthed with a noob and a couple of mods. Even then, I still miss him.
However, Dave #2 - aka Captainsousie - kindly gifted me a generous sampler of English blends yesterday. Two I'd never heard of and one of the others has been out of stock since God invented dirt. But, last night, my final bowl of the day was Esoterica's aptly named "And So To Bed." It was wonderful, not as complex as Penzance, but it wasn't meant to be, was it? It's still a formidable blend in and of itself.
End result? Everybody should have a few more Daves in their life. And I promise it wouldn't hurt to have a Richard, Bradley and Harris as well.
