Greetings all,
So, I recently discovered that the plastic tenon at the end of one of my pipe stems is cracked. Does anyone else know where I can buy a new tenon joint to replace myself? Also, does anyone have experience replacing the tenon joint that could give a few pointers? Thanks for any help.

Replacing a tenon really is a job for a professional if it's going to be done seamlessly. Getting the line up flush is pretty tricky. Here's a link to George Dibos how to video on the subject:

Good luck!

These are pretty common 5/16 inserts.
What size is yours?

I have had this occurred with my Savinelli Bings tenon which was made of soft plastic, couldn't manage to fix it on my own, then had the aftermarket stem made for it in Germany, eventually when I got my pipe back from the shop I still wasn't happy with the mediocre results of repair, the new stem had that clumsy feel and button was thick, give up on that pipe and eventually sold the whole thing away,
