I was always curious as to why Mississippi River bulk was always in stock and the tin was not. After reading up on this blend, there seemed to be a consensus that there was in fact a small difference in taste. As I was unable to get a tin of it right away I just purchased 2 pounds of the bulk. I found this to be a very tasty blend and didn't think anything of it. After about 6 months I ended up purchasing a tin because it just happened to be in stock along with 2 Oz of the bulk to do a comparison. I bought the 2 Oz because I was not sure if the aging would have caused a difference. Anyway to my surprise I did in fact taste a difference between the tin and the 2 Oz that I purchased. However I opened a jar that I had sealed for about 6 months and it tasted just like the tin that I purchased. Just thought someone would like to know my experience.
