Hey guys,
Just wondering if anyone knows of anyone selling a rack specifically designed for tampers, or perhaps something sold elsewhere that would fit the purpose? I'm a bit OCD about having my pipes all neatly on the rack, tobacco displayed/stored etc, so I'd love to find a rack or stand for my tampers...
if not I'll probably take a crack at knocking something up myself but don't really have the time right now...
Thanks all!

Not mine. Seems someone else here posted it at some time. (If it isn't here it probably hasn't been invented, lol.)

I collect tampers and I've thought of using a pen display case. For now I keep them at hand in a Stackers box and rotate them. 8O

Thanks so much for the replies, the pen display case was an awesome suggestion...so much so that I found one on Etsy today and bought 2 of them, one for my tampers and one for my fountain pens!
here's the link in case anyone else is looking for similar:

You would have to be mad about tappers to have that rack.

More tampers then pipes! Or sense!

I've never actually bought a tamper. I tend to pick up small branches or whittle downs wood and then play with shapes and styles. Here are a few of the latest ones. They just kinda live in drawers or pockets :)

Oh, by the way, I've been meaning to experiment with deer antler, but I don't know a single hunter. If there are any members out there that hunt and have antler bits, I'd love to hear from you :)

bassbug: you can pick up all kinds of antler tips of all sizes at your local pet store. They carry them for dog chews.

Thanks pepe,
I just looked it up and those suckers are not cheap. Anywhere from $10 on up for a 4 inch piece of antler.
I think I'll hang out at Basspro shops and introduce myself to some hunters...the season is coming up, no?
