Last March (2013) my wife bought me a Peterson Harp 03 from 4noggins - it was Christmas present (she shops early). It's a very nice pipe, but the coloring and style just didn't do it for me.
Unknown to me, today she contacted Rich and arranged a trade for a Savinelli. I am totally blown away with Rich's customer service, and he has made a customer/friend for life, and he deserves all the public kudos I can give him.
