Got my order from P&C today, just ordered it late Tuesday Night.

I do have a question on cellaring these, how long do you think the Sutliff tins are good for cellaring or should I be jarring them?

Nice addition. I too recently asked the same question about Sutliff tins. IIRC, the consensus was 3-4 years. I was just concerned about the aluminum-looking cardboard. I think I'll jar mine just to be safe. : puffy

Nice haul! As far as the tins, I personally don't trust them for cellaring. If I haven't opened them in a month or so, they get put into jars.
