Just took my first whack at making homemade chicken salad. Let me know what you think.

    1 cup sour cream
    1 cup real mayo
1 pouch of Good Seasons Dressing Mix
    1/4 cup sweet relish
Good amount of chicken (about half and half dressing to chicken ratio)

Havent tried any of it yet, but once its done hanging out in the chill chest for a while, Ill fire up a sandwich and let you guys know how it is!

I like my recipe. Go to supermarket. Find deli, buy some.

If at first you don't succeed you are running about average.

    Mine has an Asian twist.
    Chicken
    Mayo
White Miso,1Tbsp (it is salty, do not add any extra salt)
    Green onion or red onion
    Celery diced
    Black pepper
    1 Grated carrot

I cook a chicken every week. I have a store that has $5 whole chickens. I roast the whole bird and have dinner that night. Then left overs for chicken salad or enchiladas the next night. Most times there are left overs from the left overs! So that means three nights dinners from one bird!

If you are wrong and you shut up, you are wise. If you are right, and you shut up, you are married.

Gotta have apple and walnuts .
