I've finally got my kid brother interested in making pipes and much to my surprise, he's gone and found someplace to get some Greek ebachons, only when they arrived they were all about as small as you could use.
He realizes that he took some risk, I'm sure, but I'd love to hear from you knowledgeable folks with suggestions on how my brother can use these to best advantage as he embarks upon his pipe carving hobby.
He said that the wood limits stem length precipitously and wondered about sectional stems?
I mentioned bamboo and said I'd look into it.
I'm looking right here!
