A good night last night...pouring rain on the lanai- had a bowl of Penzance...followed up with some Stonehaven, La Fin Du Monde, and a huge Porterhouse nicely seared...today it's back to work in the shop...
Unibroque is a Quebec microbrewery, la fin du monde is great stuff and 8%. Just don't chill it too much or it loses flavor. Trois pistols is really good by them too, very dark 10% brew, a 710ml bottle of that you'll feel the effects
