   I've put everything back except the geo-targeting, so it is starting to look like that is the culprit for the site problems.

   We also revised programming to put a lighter load on the database queries, and installed more caching and serving up static content functionality. So, maybe when I put the geo-targeting back, we will still be ok ... or the site will go down again, and it's back to the drawing board on geo-targeting.
