Every year at this time I watch "The Quiet Man" at least 2 or 3 times. Owen Glynn is my favorite character. Here he is smoking one of the 2 pipes he smokes in the movie: A straight bulldog.

The other pipe he smokes in the movie looks to me like a Peterson Killarney 68. I will smoke mine tonight with some Red Rapparee in his honor.

I break out the Brown Irish Twist, cut a few coins and let it dry a bit and it will be a pleasant Paddy's Day indeed.

MMMmmmm good idea. Opened my jar of Strang and heaven leaked out. Have some cut and drying as we speak with the pipe awaiting nirvana.

This evening I'm sure I'll enjoy another pipe, but haven't decided what pipe and tobacco yet.
