Spokane, Washington : Help Me Out

Last summer while driving through Washington and Idaho, I stopped in at Tobacco World in Spokane and picked up some bulk blends.
Most of them I've identified, but I need help with a mild latakia blend the store called "High Seas".
Can anyone familiar with this b&m help me out by identifying this?

I'd like to find it online.

1. It's a long distance charge.

2. They don't have a web presence or email address.

3. I know some people on this forum live in that area.

4. I was hoping to generate some discussion about that b&m in general.

I live in Spokane but rarely shop at tobacco world because of the state tax.
I can call and find out if you like though.

Here's another strategy: if you've already identified most of the bulks you bought there, then chances are good

that the same company (Sutliff, Lane, C&D, etc.) produced the one labeled "High Seas". There can't be that many

mild Latakia bulks available online from any given company, so just buy 1oz. samples of those you do find.

Who knows? You might even find something better!

The BM in north town went out of buiness...don't know if that's where you got it from.

Tobacco world is indeed at the flour mill. Not sure about the blend though. I will say that I really like tha b&m.

I called.
They said that it is a "Light VA blend with Black Cavendish and Latakia"
They wouldn't tell me if it was Lane, Mac, McClellend..etc
I bet it is a take on one of the 7 seas with lat added.

I just talked to the owner and he told me it is PS-17 English Luxury. By the way he was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I've been going to that B&M for years and highly recommend it.
