Welcome to the forums

It's commonly referred to as "gurgle"

Moisture creaping into the shank of the pipe causes it

When it occurs you can blow back into the pipe one good slow breath, or run a cleaner in it, just be sure not to go into the bowl with it

Moisture building up, I usually just run a pipe cleaner. It gets rid of the problem, it happens more frequently with wet tobaccos.

It's your worst nightmare, blow some air back down into the pipe to silence the beast before it takes over your whole smoking experiance.

Also you can dry our your tobaccos for about 30 minutes before smoking. depending on how goopy your aros are.

If you smoke a pipe with a filter such as a sav, brigham or MM cob it will help eliminate that moisture.

Also, sometimes just slowing down will help.
